Charles Price
Managing Partner

Born in Glasgow and educated at Glasgow Academy, Charles trained as an accountant after relocating to London and subsequently as a property agent in London’s Mayfair.

He set up his own property consultancy business to advise clients who owned and/or occupied retail, commercial and mixed use UK real estate. The clients ranged from public companies and banks to owner/occupiers, retailers and developers.

Charles pioneered the concept of outsourced in-house portfolio management for major retailers and subsequently was invited to manage and invest in the demerged property owning companies.

He is the founder and managing partner of PIPAM which was established to provide a bespoke UK real estate asset management service for retained private family investment funds.

Kevin Fawcett
Construction Partner

Kevin started in the construction industry as a subcontractor in the steel and cladding sector, servicing construction companies throughout the South of England. Subsequently he diversified into the modular construction sector and successfully provided fast-track build solutions for major clients throughout the UK & Ireland, including McDonalds, Tesco, Mercedes Benz and Marks & Spencer.

At PIPAM Kevin is responsible for the planning and project supervision for mixed use schemes. Projects include refurbishment and construction of distribution and retail warehousing, town centre retail units and mixed-use regeneration projects.
